Construction Inspection Service opened for business in 1986 and specializes in Residential & Commercial Bank Draw Inspections. one-hundred percent (100%) of our total business is dedicated to the banking industry. 

The Company has made over 200,000 inspections during its thirty-nine year history and consulted on thousands of projects ranging from pre-construction reviews and cost analyses to assisting with work-out  and problem loans. 

Our staff's background in both the banking and construction industries, coupled with our extensive training and education, brings to you the knowledge and experience required for your consulting and inspection needs. 

We are licensed by the State of Mississippi under the State Inspection Licensing Board and fully insured with general liability and E&O coverage. We are also certified under the International Building Code Council. Certificates of insurance coverage and licensing are available upon request.
